Welcome to Stories to Speech® Coaching. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all Programs, courses, coaching, digital products, community spaces, and related services offered under Stories to Speech® Coaching, a DBA of Stories to Speech®, LLC.
1. DEFINITIONS
“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Stories to Speech®, LLC, doing business as Stories to Speech® Coaching.
“Program” refers to any coaching program, online course, workshop, digital product, group training, or content hub.
“Content” refers to all materials including videos, worksheets, PDFs, recordings, audio, tools, and community posts.
“Participant,” “Client,” “You,” “Your” refers to any Program purchaser or user.
2. NATURE OF SERVICES — COACHING, NOT THERAPY
All Programs offered by Stories to Speech Coaching are educational and coaching-based, NOT clinical speech-language pathology services.
Participating in a Program:
Does NOT create an SLP–client relationship
Does NOT include evaluation, diagnosis, individualized therapy, or treatment planning
Is NOT a substitute for medical care, Early Intervention, school-based services, or SLP therapy
Does NOT constitute telepractice or healthcare services
Clinical speech-language pathology services are offered separately through
Stories to Speech Therapy (a separate DBA of Stories to Speech LLC) and require:
A separate intake
Informed consent
Formal evaluation
Documentation
Compliance with NJ/NY licensure laws and ASHA requirements
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Program materials are the exclusive property of Stories to Speech LLC.
You may not:
Copy
Share
Sell
Distribute
Adapt
Create derivative works
Upload to external platforms
Use for professional or commercial purposes
Programs are licensed for personal use only.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
10. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
You understand and agree that:
No specific outcomes are guaranteed
Child development varies widely
Coaching strategies require consistent implementation
Stories to Speech Coaching is not responsible for results or lack thereof
Examples, testimonials, or case studies do not guarantee results.
11. TECHNOLOGY & DATA SECURITY
You are responsible for:
Maintaining your own device security
Having adequate internet access
Using updated software capable of accessing Program materials
We are not responsible for technical issues on your end.
13. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for damages resulting from your use or misuse of Program content
We are not responsible for decisions you make based on educational materials
You assume full responsibility for implementing strategies in your home
14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Programs may link to third-party resources.
We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of external websites.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
